I have to say while being in San Fran for only 4 months, I did so much! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create new memories by spending time and exploring everything this city had to offer. 4 months felt like 6. I hope I’ll get another chance to visit again. Until that time, I’ll continue to look back on this photo diary of some amazing moments. If you haven’t been to the golden state yet, I hope you’ll make plans to visit soon!

16th Avenue tiled steps – a neighborhood collaboration to create a sea to stars themed mosaic flowing up a 163 step stairway
Japanese tea garden – the oldest public Japanese garden in the US located inside Golden Gate Park, closes at 545p daily
City hall – seat of government for the City and County of San Francisco, elegant interior, open mon – fri
Alcatraz – world famous island that used to house a maximum security prison, notorious al capone, accessible by ferry, can be seen from the dock at Fisherman’s Wharf
Big Sur – a national treasure, longest and most scenic stretch of undeveloped coastline in the US, the most beautiful drive I created a separate post!
China Cove Lobos Reserve – emerald green cove with a tiny pocket beach in Point Lobos State Natural
Palace of Fine Art – beautiful historic landmark modeled after epic Greek and Roman architecture
Napa Valley – who hasn’t heard of the wine famous napa valley?? 2 hours from San Fran, vast wine region known for producing bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and varieties of Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc
Golden Gate Bridge – one the seven wonders of the modern world, 1.7-mile suspension span, you can walk the bridge but it’s very chilly!
Fisherman’s Wharf – tourist attraction, family entertainment, souvenir shops, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, a Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum, Wax Museum, fishing boats, sea lions, great seafood restaurants
Museum of Ice Cream – more like an instagram museum, great place for photo backdrops!
